This week I went into the Rocky Mountains (in Kananaskis Country). I was rewarded with spending time with my sister and getting some nice shots. A pleasant reward was this Grizzly eating (rather gorging) on wild berries. As part of the Grizzly conservation effort most bears have been tagged and collared. Anything that can be done to help save these magnificent creatures is a good and worthwhile thing in my book. I have set one of the images as the featured image for this blog post.
Additionally I also rewarded with some lovely mountain lake views like Upper Kananaskis Lake shown here. I was fortunate to be there when two kayak’s were on the lake to give the image perspective.
