Weed Lake is shallow lake located near Langdon, Alberta. I recently went there to check it out and was I happy that I did. I was immediately rewarded a few images and better yet had the place to myself. Here are some of them.. This Avocet was one of the many of them on the lake.
Also a Savannah Sparrow presented itself.
I was also lucky enough to capture some images of this Great Blue Heron fishing.
